Epsom & Ewell u3a Poetry Appreciation group promoting the reading and discussion of classic and contemporary poetry, featuring well-known poets, meeting details and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Epsom & Ewell u3a Poetry Appreciation Group meets on the fourth Friday afternoon of each month at a member's home in the Epsom and Ewell area. Members enjoy reading and discussing a wide range of poetry, from the great classic poets to contemporary writers. Meetings provide the opportunity to explore different styles, themes and interpretations while sharing favourite poems in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Whether your interests lie with Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Emily Dickinson, Pam Ayres or modern poetry, you'll find stimulating discussion and plenty of inspiration. It's an enjoyable way to discover new poets, revisit old favourites and share a love of poetry with like-minded people.
