Our social events coach trips operate if we have a minimum of 40 members booked and our walk and talk trips usually have 15-20 places available. If we have to cancel a social event due to insufficient numbers we offer a full refund. If you book for one of our social events refunds are only available if we can resell your ticket to another member. Our coach trips have two pick up points: opposite the Spring Pub in Ewell Village and outside Santander in Epsom High Street.
Theatre shows are advertised to all members on the website page in line with our inclusivity policy. We also run an advance notice listing for members who would like to receive email notification of events as soon as seats are reserved for a show. If you would like to be added to the list please click on the contact link on the Theatre page.
