The Epsom & Ewell u3a French Conversation 5 group is for members who enjoy speaking French and would like to maintain and improve their language skills through regular conversation. The group meets fortnightly on Fridays at a member's home in the Epsom and Ewell area. Meetings are informal and friendly, with members discussing a wide variety of topics including current affairs, travel, French culture, food and everyday life, all conducted in French. The emphasis is on building confidence, extending vocabulary and enjoying conversation with like-minded people rather than formal lessons.
