The Epsom & Ewell u3a Philosophy Group meets fortnightly on Mondays at a member's home in the Epsom and Ewell area. The group enjoys thoughtful and friendly discussions on a wide range of philosophical questions, exploring ideas about life, ethics, knowledge, happiness and the nature of reality. Members also study and discuss the work of many of the great philosophers through the ages, from the ancient Greeks to modern thinkers. No formal background in philosophy is needed—just curiosity, an open mind and a willingness to share ideas.
