Epsom & Ewell u3a Needlework 1 group promoting embroidery, tapestry and appliqué with handmade needlework projects, meeting information and welcoming beginners and experienced stitchers.

The Epsom & Ewell u3a Needlework 1 group meets on the fourth Thursday morning of each month at a member's home in the Epsom and Ewell area. Members bring along their own needlework projects and enjoy a relaxed morning of creativity, conversation and shared inspiration. Projects include embroidery, tapestry, appliqué, cross-stitch and many other traditional needlecrafts. Whether you're an experienced stitcher or simply enjoy working with fabric and thread, the group offers a friendly atmosphere where ideas, techniques and encouragement are freely shared. It's the perfect way to make progress on your latest project while spending time with like-minded people.
