🏉 International Rugby – England Women v France
Guinness Women's Six Nations
Saturday 15 May 2027 – Kick-off 4.45pm
Allianz Stadium, Twickenham
Early-bird adult tickets from £15
How about experiencing the atmosphere of an international rugby match at the home of English rugby?
The Red Roses – England Women's Rugby team – take on France at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, in the final round of the 2027 Guinness Women's Six Nations.
England and France have developed one of the great rivalries in women's rugby, so this promises to be rather more than an ordinary afternoon match.
Why might this be a good group outing?
This one ticks an awful lot of boxes.
It's a full international, it's being played at one of Britain's most famous sporting venues and, from Epsom, we don't have to travel into central London to get there.
It is also surprisingly affordable.
Official early-bird adult tickets start at just £15, so you can experience international rugby without necessarily paying international-sport prices.
And don't worry if you've never been to a rugby match before. Part of the fun of this group could be trying sports and venues that you've never previously considered.
A Saturday afternoon at Twickenham
Kick-off is at 4.45pm, giving members plenty of time to travel to Twickenham, perhaps meet beforehand for something to eat or drink, and enjoy the build-up to the match together.
The stadium recommends travelling by public transport. Anyone interested in going could decide together on the easiest route from Epsom and arrange where to meet.
Interested?
Maybe you've always followed rugby.
Maybe you've watched the Six Nations on television but never experienced an international match in person.
Or perhaps you've never watched rugby at all.
If a few members look at this and think:
“£15 for an England international at Twickenham? I'd give that a try.”
…then this group has already done its job.
